The cost of NMS 24/7 nursing services depends on the required procedure, the patient’s condition, the duration of care and the service location.
Below you can find our home nursing service prices, the basic conditions of service, how a nurse visit is arranged and what information should be provided before the visit.
All listed prices are starting prices. The final cost is agreed with the patient or their representative in advance.

How Does the NMS 24/7 Nurse Call-Out Service Work?
1. Contact us
The patient or a family member contacts us by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
2. Provide patient information
Please provide the nurse with information about:
- the patient’s age;
- existing medical conditions;
- known allergies;
- current medications;
- current complaints and symptoms;
- recent treatment or medical procedures;
- whether the patient has a physician’s prescription / Form No. 100.
3. Agree on the visit time
After receiving the information, we confirm the estimated arrival time.
Depending on the patient’s location and current workload, arrival may take approximately 25 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
4. Confirm the price
The final service cost is agreed with the patient in advance.
Payment is available by:
- bank transfer;
- cash.
Preparing the Patient Before the Nurse Arrives
Before a nurse visit, the patient should be in a comfortable and safe sitting or lying position as appropriate.
If the patient has severe weakness, dizziness or balance problems, they should avoid standing up without assistance.
Physician’s Prescription
For injections, infusions, wound care or other procedures requiring medical authorization, the appropriate physician’s prescription or Form No. 100 should be available.
The medication, dosage and route of administration must correspond to the physician’s instructions.
Medical Documents
If available and relevant, please prepare:
- the physician’s prescription;
- the latest discharge summary or medical documentation;
- recent laboratory or diagnostic results;
- a list of medications currently taken by the patient.
Preparing the Room
The procedure area should be:
- clean and well lit;
- sufficiently spacious;
- comfortable for the patient;
- free from pets and other obstacles.
Important Safety Rule
Patients should not start, stop or change the dosage of prescribed medication without medical advice.
Infusions, injections and other medical procedures must be performed according to the relevant medical indication and safety requirements.
In an Emergency
NMS 24/7 nursing services do not replace emergency medical care.
In case of severe breathing difficulty, sudden or severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, seizures, sudden speech impairment, weakness or paralysis of part of the body, severe bleeding or another life-threatening symptom, call 112 immediately.
